Step 1 - Select a product

We have a range of different products to suit different children and different circumstances. Details of all of our products can be found on our Products Page. Descriptions of the content, product tours and Frequently Asked Questions should help you make the right choice for your child.

If you’re still unsure then our Customer Services team will be more than happy to help you. You can email them using our Support Form or telephone them (contact details and opening times are on our Support page).

When you have chosen your Product, click on the Buy Now button on the right hand side of the page. This will take you through the process of setting up a new account and making your purchase.

Step 2 - Create an Account

If you don’t already have an account with us then click on Create Account. Here you are creating your account as a parent so when you are asked to create a User Name and Password, remember that these are for you and not for your child. Make a note of your User Name somewhere safe as you will need this every time you Sign In as a Parent.

Step 3 - Checkout

When you’ve successfully created your new account, you should see a Checkout button. Click this to review your order. You can still amend your order here if you want to. You can delete or amend quantities in your Shopping Cart or you can go back to the Products page to add more products. Please Note: you can only have one Arithmetic subscription in your shopping cart at any one time.

To make your payment you will automatically enter the WorldPay secure payment page where you will be asked to submit your debit or credit card details. None of these details will be held by themathsfactor.com. Please note that if you are purchasing Arithmetic, you are signing up to an ongoing subscription and by completing your order, you are agreeing to a regular payment being taken from your payment card until you cancel. All other products are one-off payments and no further payment will be taken against these.

Step 4 - Signing in to Your Dashboard

To sign in, you can go to our homepage and click Parent Sign In or follow this link. Enter the User Name and Password you set up when you created your Parent Account. This will take you to your Parent Dashboard where you will need to create an account for your child. There’s a video from Carol Vorderman to help you do this if you get stuck. Once your child account is created, all you need to do is assign the product(s) you’ve bought to your child and they can start using the products straight away.
